about pigeon pottery.

Andrew & Scott started Pigeon Pottery in 2021, combining Scott's Ceramic experience with Andrew's painting and artistic skills. The Pottery is based in Snohomish County, Washington.

Scott began learning ceramics in 1997. He has worked at several small potteries in Washington, Oregon & Ohio. His main interests are in wheel throwing, glazing and firing. He has extensive experience running gas, electric, wood fire and raku kilns. Scott enjoys all aspects of the pottery, including the lesser jobs like sanding, finishing and trimming. He is skilled at layering glazes, scraffito and slip casting. He is currently also a Program Director with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Andrew has been painting and creating his entire life. He grew up in Michigan and his mother was a huge influence on his artistic career. He currently owns and runs Andrew's Art, an Art Studio that produces hand painted watercolor art, custom drawings, hand made paper crafts and digital work.  (Link Below!)  His entrance into ceramics has been a natural one, as his painting and drawing skills are easily placed onto the ceramic works the pottery produces. Andrew has commissioned work that are displayed all around the globe. His main interests in the pottery include: glazing, handbuilding, making jewelry and wheel throwing. Andrew is also in the Healthcare field.

inside that holds whatever you want.”
